Marloth Park, Kruger safari house - solar

The open planning, fantastic placement, the constant animal visitors. Kruger Safari House has offered so much for the time we spent.

The best place to be everything was outstanding.......

Beautiful home away from home. Clean. Had everything we required. Host was very helpful too.

The location was good and the pool area was beautiful.

We could not park in the garage so when I reversed my car I accidentally hit a tree and my car got damaged. The house is very dirty. The cupboards are unorganized and there are a lot of the owner's old things left in the cupboards. Everything needs a good clean. The fridge did not work and no one came out to fix it. We had to use the separate freezer as a fridge and therefore we had no ice or ice bricks. Everything defrosted and the fridge setting made most of the drinks frozen. The unit wasn't serviced. The upstairs needed to be doomed in order to sleep there. There was dirt in the HTH bucket and no HTH. The pool went green. I called for help twice but I was told that someone had fixed the fridge the day before but it was broken and nothing could be done. I was told a lady looks after the pool but it went green so she didn't do a good job. My family came from Ireland and they were disappointed and I was embarrassed. There wasn't even someone to clean your braai. When you pay to stay somewhere you expect that the fridges etc work. If they don't, it isn't our problem that noone can get out to help. Something should be done. The lack of HTH is ridiculous. Nobody called us or greeted us or helped us. You are left to your own devices and we felt like our money had been taken but no one really cared.

Location very nice.

No electricity 2 times during our stay.
