Beds could be harder. Too soft.

The property is beautiful and the location is perfect. We saw animals everyday, all day😃 The rooms were very comfortable, neat and clean. The house was equipped with literally everything you can think of.🥳🥳

Beautiful home loved the pool and jacuzzi as it was very hot while we were there . Would definitely stay there again .

The beds were super comfortable and we had good air-conditioning. We also had a gas geyser, stove top and an inverter when the power goes out.

The only thing we struggled with was the geyser, when you try turn the hot down it keeps cutting off but we got used to it.

The property was in a good location, everything was in good condition. With the inverter it was easy to cope with the load shedding. sitting up in the tower you had a good view of the Kruger.

Nothing we didn't like but it would have been nice to have sunloungers on the balcony as well as chairs

Quite a few things but could be fixed easily Could not clean insects in pool, net was broken Few issues with the alarm (however host dealt with it after it was reported) Ground floor shower could not regulate temperature efficiently No broom to clean braai area, neither a steel brush to clean braai (was locked away by cleaner) Don't advertise a jacuzzi if it's not working (also refer to feedback made by previous guests) Missing plugs for bath tub, washing basin etc Suggest an Instruction Manual, or clear instructions, on how to operate an inverter and manage load shedding for overseas visitors
