"Un hotel surprenant"

tout c'est très bien passé , j'ai juste regretté le manque de connaissance de la ville de la part des réceptionnistes En revanche le personnel est très prévenant et à l'écoute des demandes

"Disappointing "

Felt like a bait and switch. I booked the most expensive room they had off of the room photos with the beautiful vaulted ceilings and ended up in the handicapped room with fake ceilings, dirty chipped bathroom tiles. It was also a bit noisy all night - I think I could hear people moving ini the room upstairs. Also no one offered to help with luggage and they had lost my dinner reservation despite my email confirmation. The room feels old and worn and not regal like advertised. Super disappointed for the price.

Excellente adresse autant pour l'accueil que la propreté des lieux et le confort de la literie. Proximité du centre ville très pratique. Cadre exceptionnel et impressionnant quant à la salle de restaurant et de petits déjeuners. Bel exemple d'une rénovation réussie alliant l'ancien et le moderne. Seul bémol à mon séjour, en réservant ma nuitée je pensais que la chambre correspondrait au visuel sur le site (dans la partie chapelle) or la plupart des chambres sont dans la partie moderne et donc certes très fonctionnelles et très propres mais sans le cachet un peu exceptionnel que je recherchais et que je pensais avoir réservé. De ce point de vue j'ai été un peu déçue car rien sur le site ne signale ceci. L'hôtel reste malgré cela un très belle adresse et notre séjour à Poitiers un bon souvenir.
