Everything was lovely, the fact the owners had made some easy frozen meals for their guests is very kind.

If there was a laundry area installed, but not a biggy as their is laundry facilities down the road.

Spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Good access to coastal path. While its a way out from New Plymouth access to Taranaki via Egmont and Stratford was reasoanbly easy without having to go through New Plymouth. While next to the airport, it wasn't noisy.

We had expected the house to be fully detached rather than attached to the owners house - but that said, there was relatively little noise.

Location, close to beach, sooooooo pettty!

Bed is not that comfortable, it’s soft but a bit to soft for me and my friends

Nice and cosy accommodation - very useful have a fully fenced property for our two dogs to enjoy. Great having the log burner, and lots of nice little touches like the chocolates.

Nice place, just be aware only off street parking for one vehicle and is quite tight. But otherwise great.

BachCare sent the key collection details at 3am the next morning instead of 3PM the day we were booking in. Thankfully the hosts were onto it and responded quickly and were very helpful.

The location was perfect - a very quiet suburb out of the city, could see the sea. Loved the decor with an African flavour. Loved the facilities and it was the little comfort things that made all the difference - e.g. a large bottle of the kind of milk we like, automatic gate opener, wood gathered for fire should we have needed one, heated towel rails, bathroom heater, homemade food in the freezer, luxurious chocolates, ash tray outside, nice linen & towels... The host met us soon after we arrived to say "welcome". He was so pleasant and friendly, even offered us extra time on our last day. The property was so private with a high (but attractive) fence. Lovely garden.

Nothing - it was perfect

Convenient for our purposes, we took our own food, lots of little extras.

Tree overhanging the drive made it very inconvenient to unpack and pack the car, especially when wet weather.
