Sehr gute Lage, fast direkt an der Uferpromenade. Alles schön sauber. Ausstattung leider recht dürftig, keine Sonnenliege oder ähnliches vorhanden. Im Januar sehr kaltes Haus. Kleiner Heizlüfter wäre von Vorteil.

Maisonnette simple et vieillissante assez mal entretenue dans l’ensemble

La communication lamentable. Les travaux dans la rue durant une semaine sans avoir été prévenu avant de payer et annulation. Des voisins hyper bruyant. Des déchets dehors. Le logement livré avec 3 heures de retard sans excuse. L’équipe de nettoyage n’était pas encore à l’heure où nous devions prendre le logement. On a dû attendre dehors.
