Villa Axular with Heated Private Pool

Der Pool hatte eine sehr angenehme Temperatur. Die Schlüsselüberhabe erfolgte zuverlässig und kontaktlos. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist fantastisch.

Wir hatten einige Kakerlaken im Haus, was aber sicherlich in den südlichen Ländern oft vorkommt. Der Pool beinhaltet wohl viel Chemie. Unser Sohn hat darauf allergisch reagiert. Die Nachbarn kiffen gerne und oftmals sind sie schon morgens high.

The outdoor pool/garden area was great and just as I'd hoped with ample space and sun all day - only downfall with it is the main entrance road to the residential area is on the other side of the low wall

The inside of the property was not properly clean and clearly has not been looked after or maintained over a longer period of time. The sink and shower in the bathroom were blocked so would overflow, the lights and ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms didn't work, the appliances in the kitchen were old and unclean (we cleaned them all before use), the big one was that the pool was dirty when we arrived on the saturday afternoon and this then meant we could use the pool until monday mid-morning once it had been cleaned. Not good enough for the price being paid. The management team are clearly too busy or not bothered about creating an experience for the guests, it's just a money machine. No info or welcoming info at all about the area, house, wifi etc etc, just the keys in the lock box and off you go.

everything is really great, communication, the place itself, the weather, the villa is amazing if you are with your family, you need to have a car and everything else is very simple. our family loved this place and if we have the chance we will come back 😉

Very quiet area and close to the Volcano, we had a car which was a must. We enjoyed the Villa.

Pool was meant to be heated but was freezing, reported as an issue but not fixed and remained very cold unfortunately.

No contact from booking com with access details had to contact host from the airport if your a stresser not good On arrival discovoured there a private access code!!!! For gate Host very quick to answer though Bedding and pillows :( if you like nice bedding take your own Not enough towels 1 dishcloth No pool towels or sunbed cushions sunbeds are uncomfortable Washing machine sounds like an aeroplane taking off! Need proper black out curtains in 2nd bedroom no key to open window to close shutters 3rd bedroom more like a cupboard off livingroom Be like an oven in the summer Not really a 3 bed only one sofa in livingroom if you all want to watch telly Very small pillows more like cushions Very weird

The house was very spacious, lovely garden and BBQ area. Short drive to the beach ~5 mins. Shops and main raods not too far either. Very comfy beds. Great facilities around the estate aswel, very quite for out of season

Would like to have had more condiments, cleaning materials. surface cleaner Would like some form of toiletry other than bared soap There was a drain smell coming out of the drain in the conservatory area one evening

it’s in a very beautiful quiet and neat location with all basic amenities provided in the Villa.

communication need to be slightly improved as all customers would be be speaking in English. Whatsapp responses would be expected promptly to help sort any minor or major concerns.
