Divine on Derby - Christchurch Holiday Home

Location was great!! As was the pool!!! Really comfortable bedrooms. There was building next door but the builders were really nice and checked in to make sure the music etc was ok, which it was!! We will be back!

Facilities

We had a terrible experience during check-in. 1. There was no clear house number on the street 2. The instructions were to retrieve the key from a key lock box in the store room. As seen in the picture, the lock box is removed from the wall and cannot be found anywhere in the storeroom. We tried calling the help line from Bookings but was informed that the lock box should be there, as per the property owner. 3. After spending an hour looking around the store room (as per instructions) and around the exterior of the house, we found a key box located 20-30 feet from the store room, strapped over a pole that is not even near the supposed location, as shown in photo. it was not a good feeling, scampering around an unfamiliar property. 3. we were finally able to enter the house after locating the key lock box and key

The check in instructions were misleading. The hot water did not work at all. we were on the phone with the staff for hours trying to sort it out and eventually left without showers for anyone in our party
