Contemporary House with Ocean View Decks

Excellent location in Shelter Cove - a place not known to many travellers. The facilities are excellent with quality and comfort as principle. Host was super accommodating.

Clean, comfortable, private and well-maintained.

Steep driveway due to the general location. May be difficult for older folks or folks with ambulatory issues.

The place was everything and more. Lots of space, nice kitchen to cook a meal in.

Never found the hot tub / jacuzzi

The front door key did not work, but the garage door worked . So we luckily got in

It is a beautiful house with several outside decks, and more than enough room for the three of us. I’m sure it could accommodate a larger group comfortably. The main bedroom had a king bed, a private balcony, and the bathroom was one shower unit, and a separate shower/hot tub unit. There were two other bathrooms, I think. There was enough room that we didn’t really have to search out everything in the house. It was really comfortable, and many thoughtful details were included. We were able to park our car in the garage.

The house was very nice and I liked the layout with the master bedroom and en suite bathroom on the same floor as the kitchen/living room.

The floors were dirty when we got there. The master bedroom bed sagged severely in the middle. And there were no house instructions - how to work the fireplace or what to do with the trash, linens, etc.
