The steps leading to it ..the first step is very high and not elderly friendly at all . The beds were not long enough for 6 feet tall people . There was only one shower for 6 people and this kept going cold and hot during the shower . The TV channels a bit temperamental. One bedroom the single bed is only suitable for a child as there Is a cupboard in the way . The bedrooms a bit small .

Amazing location over the lake and perfect for sunset - we had great weather so used the decking alot - really beautiful. Beds were very comfortable with decent mattresses and bedding. The shower was excellent - both size and power. Soft, large towels provided. Site was excellent too - would highly recommend. Discount vouchers in the mobile home that we used locally - loved lake 86 for paddle boarding and air rifle shooting at Cotswolds Range. Such a good mini break.

Nothing anyone could do anything about!! There were just alot of spiders at night time outside and in if you kept windows open but that would not put me off booking again at all.

The lodge is fully equiped. There is a nice welcome packet. The lodge is very clean. Good and fast contact with the landlord.

The lodge is situated just next to a very busy road, so you get a lot of noise pollution from it. On the other side of that road, there's a sawmill! They work from 7 AM to 6 PM. Throughout the day, you constantly hear the beeping of reversing forklifts. And then there's the maintenance service of the estate itself. It's logical that pruning and mowing need to be done. But the people from the landscaping maintenance drive heavy machinery back and forth all day just behind the lodge. In short, there is a lot of noise during the week. This is definitely not a peaceful vacation spot. We came home earlier and were compensated for the days we didn't stay. Which was nice of the landlord.

If there were six adults, one bed has a cupboard over it and it would be far too small but ok for our group of five

Great location , very comfortable beds , all facilities on site were fabulous
