Guest will be expecting to provide a photo ID and proof of age over 25 years prior to booking. Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement sent by owner prior to their stay. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of $100 per pet, per stay applies. This home is meant for family friendly rentals ONLY! There can be no large groups or parties. This is a private community patrolled by security. The Pool is a community pool and is only opened from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guest will be asked the reason for their travel to this area and subject to rejection.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

We stayed here from Friday through Monday, and it was an absolutely excellent experience. The place was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything you need. The location was perfect, especially being so close to the mountain, which made everything incredibly convenient. On top of that, it had such a comfortable, welcoming feel that I truly felt at home the entire time. Overall, it exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

"The perfect mountain getaway."

The location was perfect. Our host was so helpful making sure we were comfortable and safe during the January blizzard.. our hosts provide thoughtful touches for guests. We loved how considerate our hosts were. Everything was clean, beds were super comfortable and the size was great for our weekend getaway. Definitely want to come back.
