Camelback Rd Rancher- On ONE ACRE & near attractions

Extremely comfortable and clean!! We just wanted a place to come and relax after paintballing so we didn't have to drive 3 hours back home late and this house turned out great. Owner is super responsive and we loved all the small details like the new towels on the beds and the cute wifi information signs. Definitely recommended 👌

Not a big issue but we passed the driveway twice. Lol. Maybe put something reflective at the driveway for easier view at night. But like I said it's not a dislike just a suggestion.

The beds and space, the location, the children enjoyed the side of the game room they could see.

The basement had water and moisture near the water tank. The lights only worked on half of the basement (game room) There were no wash clothes( not a problem for us) There is poison Ivy on the grounds all around the property so it's hard to let kids play . It is right on a traffic heavy road.

The location wasn’t bad.

The dishes need’s updated. The towels had a smell when you dried with them. I seen they were using non scent laundry detergent. I know people may have allergies to soap , but if they are then I suggest they bring their own stuff. A good smelling house to me is always a seller for me. It needs to have some kind of scent in there that smells good. Who ever you have cleaning for you, please be sure to check behind them there were cobwebs in the hall bathroom and it had brown spots on the ceiling. The house does have a damp feeling. I did enjoy the pictures on the wall. We did not play the games in the basement. We didn’t even go down there. We washed some towels that’s it.

Shades in living room didn’t open, dark and no daylight or sunlight during the day. There were small roaches in the closet and in a cob webs on the front door entrance. This is disgusting, nonetheless scary as it can travel back with us on our luggage and had to wear a mask to sleep in fear that it could go in our mouth. No hot water in the shower, not sure why or was it because more than one person was bathing at one time. Water was very cold for all, very uncomfortable, there were 9 of us. It wasted a lot of our family time. No shampoo in any of the bathrooms and should have been as listed on the booking, unfortunately I had to sleep with chlorine in my hair. Nothing was opened at that time. Cob webs in many places in especially in the basement where the playroom was. My son was cleaning for a long time in order for our family to go down and enjoy, this ruined our fun family time as no one wanted to go downstairs and play because of the fear and disgust from the cob webs There was wet laundry in the washer which I did not want to touch and this also did not allow us to wash our clothes which is a convenience and a reason to get an Airbnb. Rugs did not seem clean, everyone was stuffy and sneezing. Towels and bed sheets did not smell clean. No outdoor sensor activated night light by the garage. This area can be very dangerous at night with wild life and even people. We could easily trip over things.

Convenient location. Bedrooms were great, large enough to move around. Comfortable living room. Plenty of room for our family of 8. Game room was awesome!

Could have used more pots and pans.

Game room/ lots of space/ pellet stove/ close to attractions

The place was beautiful and comfortable. Felt like being in our own home. I will definitely book again.

The fire pit was unusable, the cushions for the outdoor seating where unusable and covered in what seemed to be dog poop. The couches in the living room were all sunk in and broken. It was very disappointing
