חוויה מחרידה. קודם לקח לנו שעה למצוא ואף אחד לא ענה בטלפון או להודעות, אחרי שסוף סוף הגענו באיחור של שעה (הצק אין היה אמור להיות ב15:00 והגענו ב16:00) נכנסנו לדירה שהמנהל אמר לנו להכנס אליה ואפילו נתן לנו את הקוד לדלת - כך שהוא ידע שאנחנו מגיעים. נכנסנו והכל היה מטונף. התחלנו לפרוק את האוכל למקרר ואז פתאום המנקה התפרץ לדירה והתחיל לצעוק עלינו שהוא לא הספיק לנקות, ושנחכה בחוץ, הוא לא נתן לי חדבר כשניסיתי להסביר לו שבעל הדירה נתן לי להכנס. התקשרתי למנהל והוא ביטל אותי ואמר שככה המנקה מדבר, שאלתי איך קורה שיש עיכוב של שעה וחצי בצק אין ולא מתקשרים לעדכן? והוא ענה לי ש"הם כשו טעות, אז מה קרה?? תחכי בחוץ עד שהוא יסיים". חיכינו עוד שעה בחוץ עם הבשר והכל כי הוא לא נתן לנו להכניס למקרר. כשחבר שלי התקשר למנהלת השנייה לקבל פיצוי המנהל לא הסכים לתת לו את המספר בהתחלה ואחכ ניתקו לו את הטלפון בפנים. גם אחרי שניקו המקום עדיין היה מלוכלך, המטבח לא מאובזר (היו 3 כוסות לדירה של 6 אנשים) הסדינים היו מטונפים ושמו לנו רק 4 כריות ל6 אנשים, למרות שידעו שנגיע 6. יצאנו לטיול ביער וכשחזרנו בערב השער לישוב היה סגור ושוב אף אחד לא ענה במשך שעות ונתקענו בחוץ. חוויה מזוויעה, ממליצה לכולם להתרחק.
ILILILILThe stay was somewhat underwhelming. The house is much smaller in person than it appears in the pictures, and the property, including the garden, is poorly maintained. Many essential items were missing throughout our stay, such as towels, coffee, grill, oven trays, and more. On top of that, several things didn’t work properly, including the coffee machine and the Tami 4 system. Communication with the host was frustratingly slow, leaving us to resolve most issues on our own. While the location is excellent, the overall experience was disappointing, and the price didn’t feel justified.

ILCleanness was poor. Enormous amount of dust around the bed area and structure. Same for other area's within the apartment. Sofa's are not clean as well as holes made by smokers. Would not recommend. We were at unit No. 2
