The location right on the seaside board walk was excellent and close to the main shops. The spacious house was lovely especially the sunny outside area.

We loved the property. Very spacious and so close to,the coastal path with a short walk to,town. It was very quiet at night with very little traffic noise. We loved that we were left welcome toddies…so,kind.

Nothing it was beautiful apart from the TV which worked perfectly on night one but didn’t work easily on the second night. Was too late to phone the office for help. We turned it off at the wall and on again but no joy….eventually got on via an app….likely we are just not tech savvy enough to fix it ourselves……

"Great central stay in New Plymouth - no negatives."

The property exceeded our expectations. The photographs don’t do its location justice. We were able to watch the sunset over the beach from the deck/lounge window. Beach waterfront walk commenced 50 steps away. A gift basket of tasty provisions was a lovely touch. And a well stocked pantry was appreciated too. Garage access was a bonus.

Location. Nice & sunny. Quiet street. Nice bedding. Hosts delivered a welcome gift which was unexpected and very thoughtful.

Sofas were not that comfortable. No large serving spoons. Fridge door opens the wrong way. Shower doors a little grubby around the bottoms.
