The proprety has well managed surroundings and a perfect path leading to the beaches. It's a paradise and perfect for couples and families. It has an amazing yard with grill and lots of space. We enjoyed every single moment!

The home was in a remote peaceful location, steps from the sea..the Best part was the view from the rooftop and the very pleasant teraces around the house nestled in olive orchard..

The garden was very nice. Right next to the House entrance there is a nice small passage leading to the several hidden places along the coast to chill out.

The house is very simple and not fancy. It’s definitely overpriced for this quality of the house. But the location is outstanding and because of the beautiful garden we are very satisfied.

The location is one of a kind, easy to reach by car but at the same time completely immersed in nature and peace. With absolute privacy, immersed in a beautifully preserved olive tree orchard and with the amazing rooftop terrace for stargazing, this place is a must. The big and well equipped fireplace allows any kind of bbq and the outdoor terrace is big enough to feature both dining and lounge area. The owners were really kind and helpful, really good and honest hospitality! The shoreline is a few meters from the house, with several beautiful beach spots (cliff shoes recommended). If you're looking for a peaceful and out-of-the-grid stay but still with the comforts of a house, this place is for you.

The only potential complication to be aware of is that the access road to the house can get blocked by cars left at the ferry dock parking. This happened a couple of times during our stay and luckily the car owners were nearby. However, the easy solution is to park the car at the ferry dock, which is close to the house.

Very nice and cozy place to get away from busy everyday life, with almost no network connection - which is what we were looking for. Remote location, still supermarket and the city are 15 min drive away through a small but accessible road. The house felt like we were home, it's well equipped, including airco. It's surrounded by olive trees, giving plenty of shadow. Roof terrace with nice view to sunbathe or stargaze. Next to the sea, entering over the rocks right next to the house and a beach within walking distance. Taxi boats nearby to get to the next island, Ilovik, for a drink or meal. Welcoming owners, available any time.

Holiday home Nikol is for those who want privacy (almost complete). The nearest town is about 8km away by a narrow asphalt road along the ridge of the island of Losinj. Beautiful bays for romantics. Approximately 200 meters from the house there is a pier where taxi boats come regularly to take you to the neighboring island. The boats can be heard from the house but are not visible at all. Beautiful garden with old olive trees. 2 fridges, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor terrace with seating, brick grill nearby which we used to grill fish. The air conditioning in the bedroom also cools the kitchen and the second room.

You have to know that the road is really narrow, but there are switchbacks on the road where you can avoid oncoming cars quite comfortably. The only thing worse is the last 100m or from the pier, but even that is manageable. The mobile signal is not very good at the place of accommodation. There is no Wi-fi.

The stay at Holiday home Nikol was fantastic, if you are looking for hide away in nature without tourists, this is the place for you. Nikol and her husband are really welcoming and helpful. Within 3 minutes of walking, there is a clean beach and great water for snorkelling. Keep in mind that there are no shops or restaurants around the place, it is just you and nature = perfect relaxation.
