Wow just got back from a twelve day vacation. Carmen and David were there to meet us told us all about the property, Villa was very clean bed so comfortable everything in villa that you needed for a great stay. Great location supermarket 2minutes away marina 3minutes with great restaurants. Pool great especially if you have young children Would definitely recommend

Very comfy beds, lovely showers and most things you need all provided. Very friendly hosts. Please note, my name is C.Barrell....not Samuel.

Only 2 channels on telly when we arrived as satellite no longer available. Not normally a problem on holiday but one of our friends has insomnia and was expecting to be able to watch telly at night. Was advertised as multiple cable channels so we were disappointed for our friend.

Easy location to Puerto Rubicon

Hosts looked is out of second 🛏️ for first week then after complaining they unlocked but removed pillow etc from double bed to single bed in second bedroom. As OAP we need to sleep separately if one of us has a bad night We choose a two bedroom villa for that reason VERY MEAN Pool was always dirty after complaining the excuse was the sand in the air.The adjoining pools kept clean. After the pool was hovered it remained clean for barely 4 hours before the dirt dropped out of circulation .The pool filter needed backwashing or recharging with new filter material normally (sand and gravel) We paid an extra 100 euros per week for a heated pool and were very disappointed Would not stay again

We loved having the pool when our daughter stayed with family. Everything was really clean and towels and bedding were changed every week A very enjoyable holiday
