GREAT LOCATION, ONLY A FEW MINUTES TO THE MARINA RUBICON WITH LOTS OF RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS. GROCERY SHOP VERY NEAR. NICE SWIMMING POOL. COMFORTABLE HOUSE, ESPECIALLY FOR TWO PEOPLE. NICE KITCHEN.

POTS AND PANS COULD BE REPLACED. MAYBE ALSO FURNITURE IN THE MAIN BEDROOM.

the property was in a quiet area close to the marina and supermarket

the property needs to be updated the bed wasn’t comfy the kettle didn’t switch off it self which was dangerous , the shower head was awful the sun loungers where in poor condition if the property reflected the pictures then it would be good value for money good points was the pool and the location which is really a shame the resort was fantastic so definitely be going back

Lovely clean villa, large pool (can pay extra for heating the pool) easily accessible by car and parking available. Around 10-15 min walk along promenade to Marina Rubicon.

No air conditioning - but there’s usually a through breeze if you keep bedroom windows open at night.

Large outdoor space, good sized pool, clean, washing facilities, welcome pack, close to shop, quiet area with small playground nearby

Pool may not suit small children (deep steps in, shallow end 1.3m) No bath mat for bath, water pressure poor, layout may not suitable for small children
