The Renovated Barn at Seneca Rocks

Beautiful property! We loved seeing the animals and the surroundings are great. We had to cut our trip short, but that was not the host's fault in any way.

Everything was great!

It is very cozy. The place has everything you need and the heating system is superior. There are plenty of blankets and towels and the bed was the best bed-away-from-home we have slept in over many trips. The setting is beautiful and the hostess very thoughtful. The interior was exceptionally efficient in design. The two large corner stores have everything you need, from beverages to hot meals and canned and boxed food, so you don't need to pack any food.

Just be aware that it is about 45 minutes to Canaan Valley, and Elkins is also far, but there is so much to do locally, and it is at a central cross-roads, so it is worth it for such a perfect little place.

Cozy cabin, thoughtfully decorated in a beautiful setting. Very nicely done. Exceeded expectations.

Rustic cabin in a rural location. Host kept me informed of when the unit would be available, the location of the key and the fact that poor cell coverage in the area would limit access to online directions. Rooster in the yard for a wake-up call a real plus!

Bathroom quite cold even though I left the door open. The heater in the front corner was adjustable, but balancing the temperature to a good level was difficult. Somewhat expensive overall.

Good Location. Country surroundings very nice. Clean. Will go back for longer stay. Owner very nice.

2 beds would have been nice. 1 double bed was not ideal for us.
