St Helens Village

We had requested 2 travel cots and high chairs and informed that would be possible. When we arrived there was only 1 of each and we had to message a few times to arrange a second. No second high chair. We were messaged at check in time to inform us we needed to bring our own towels and we hadn’t. I messaged host for some, they arrived but wet. Washing machine was filthy. Hoover didn’t work. No mop. No fairy liquid or cleaning spray or bin bags or toilet paper.

Location was nice and easy accessible. Property was good, and but it is not sufficient for 10 people. Bit congested.

Bathrooms were not at all good, and water is not draining. It bit irritated and very disappointed. Only two bathrooms, and that too main bathroom is completely not usable because of water drain issue.

Two double beds crammed into a room only suitable for small children. But we lucky didn’t need to use that room

Home from home, we had an amazing weekend. Close to shops, pubs, restaurants and loads of places to go. Everything you could want was in the house. Really spacious, loads of toys for the kids, so comfy and private. Our host was very informative and explained everything clearly. Will definately be back.
