Evridiki's Villas

We stayed in Elea Studio, which is new, well decorated and furnished with all is needed for a brief holiday. The public places, pool and kitchen with eating area are very enjoiable. The structure is in great position, at foot distance from the village and the Milos beach. The cleaning was performed every two days and the staff was very kind and ready to satisfy every request. An absolutely recommendable experience.

Close to the town with phenomenal restaurants, the property is excellently maintained and everything is new and decorated with taste. Parking within the property wich is important. Would recommend to all of my friends

Prelep i prijatan ambijent i okruzenje. Lokacija odlicna kolima na 2 min od Katisma plaže.

Τα δωμάτια βρίσκονται σε ωραία τοποθεσία. Είναι μέσα σε ένα οικόπεδο με ελαιόδεντρα. Μέναμε σε ένα πετρόκτιστο σπιτάκι πάρα πολύ ωραίο με μοντέρνα και συγχρόνως παραδοσιακή διακόσμηση. Στο δωμάτιο υπήρχε μηχανή του καφέ με κάψουλες χωρίς χρέωση, νερό και προϊόντα περιποίησης.

Η πισίνα θελει λίγο παραπάνω προσοχή στην καθαριότητα της. Σε περίπτωση που κάποιος είναι πολύ ευαίσθητος στους θορύβους πιθανόν να μην μπορεί το βράδυ να κοιμηθεί με εντελώς ανοιχτά παράθυρα καθώς το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται μπροστά σε έναν κεντρικό δρόμο.

il letto era super comodo, il topper lo ha reso particolarmente confortevole senza renderlo però caldo. Il frigo grande altrettanto pratico, specialmente d'estate per le bibite e frutta. L'angolo "armadio" molto funzionale con le sue stampelle, cassettoni capienti e puliti e il piano appoggio per le valige. Le zanzariere e la lavatrice con ferro da stiro un valore aggiunto. La pulizia veniva praticamente fatta ogni 2 giorni con cambio asciugamani ed il cambio delle lenzuola ogni 4 giorni. È stato un servizio molto gradito considerando che non è un hotel. Il posto super silenzioso e a soli 150 mt a piedi dal centro del paesino. Giannis il gestore molto cordiale e disponibile. Ci ha prestato un ombrellone.

ho solo due piccoli appunti da fare. I cuscini che sono troppo alti come purtroppo in tanti hotel, e la TV che non aveva canali internazionali. Un'appunto che non riguarda però la struttura, ma che vi può essere utile sui minimarket in zona... sono cari da morire e non offrono possibilità di comprare carne, pesce, affettati decenti o cose per un pranzo al sacco o veloce.
