The door can't open and close nicely, no towels in the both bathrooms only kitchen towel with the smallest dishwasher, we didn't have hot water for days until we complained the water was just warm,the pot handle was broken in which we told her when we check out because she didn't even take us through her place on check out boom she's telling us we won't get our deposit because we broke her drawer which one we didn't even broke a plate our bed linen is dirty with make up there was a earbud on the floor she just wanted and excuse not to refund us because bed linen one way or another it was supposed to be changed for other guest which I don't wish it for anyone she must just close the place she doesn't have a sense of humor from day 1 we were around Margate delaying waiting for the taxi she was all over us saying she don't have a car we are delaying her,bed linen the sheets are not fitted at night the poor sheet will roll over you end up sleeping in the mattress protector, I will never set my foot again in that place you are even afraid to laugh I thought I will have a beautiful birthday with my friend's instead they are so miserable most of the time we were out coming back to sleep because we were in prison the 1st thing she jumped to check coming in was that gas stove clearly that was the only thing of value otherwise it's just a old holiday home which needs renovations
