River Breeze, WIFI, 560 FREE tickets each paid day!!!

Unfortunately, we had a family emergency and had to leave after one day. They were very accommodating and provided a refund for the rest of the days.

The location, the rental, the comfort of the main bed, how easy it was to work with staff, the kitchen, etc.

All the rules regarding cleaning etc. After spending the amount we did and being afraid to enjoy it with all the extra fees for everything and paying for the cleaning but having to do it all ourselves before departure.

Location

The couch was dirty with lots of spots on it. The outside of the house could've been pressure washed to remove dead bugs residue. The master bed needs to be updated or replaced very squeaky and loose.

It's in a quiet neighborhood, a great place to stay, and in the heart of pigeon forge. It's a home away from home

Everything was Absolutely Beautiful we had a Ball we really enjoyed our stay to the fullest location was great access to everything ❤️

Not enough spoons in the kitchen

The location was amazing. Beautiful cabin. Clean, comfy beds. Great experience overall.

The hot water ran out too quickly. There was hardly any hot water. and we only used it to run quick showers.

Location - close to main strip without being on the main strip. Very easy to navigate to and from the property.

Upon arrival the electric logs did not work but maintenance did get them working while we ran out for dinner. WiFi and Satellite TV in the family room were not working either. The satellite TV mysterically started working several hours later. The WiFi didn't start working until the evening before the day we were leaving. The biggest challenge and disappointment was the lack of hot water. This chalet had enough hot water for 1, 5-minute shower. We had 4 people staying there. So, my big tip is stager your showers and shower super quick, and ladies don't even try washing your hair.
