Villa Andres

The property was fitted out to a high standard. Four very comfortable sun loungers, a good sized pool and beautiful little touches in the courtyard and bathroom. We found the beds to be very comfortable. The travel cot we requested was not set up due to a miscommunication but the property manager dealt with it within 40 minutes and was extremely polite and helpful. The fan provided in the utility room was very powerful and useful at night. We paid EUR150 for the heated pool and it was definitely worth it. Something to bear in mind is that the pool is very deep 1m 60cm (great for adults but was a bit tricky for us with younger kids). The stairs into the pool were however useful for toddlers to have a little splash without going for a full on swim.

There was a loose floor tile in the middle of the kitchen floor that moved every time we stood on it. We reported it to the property manager.

This is probably the best equipped villa we have ever stayed in. Many things provided such as a brilliant welcome pack, hair dryer diffuser, filled soap dispensers, tons of towels, even an electric pump to blow up pool toys. The only thing I looked for that wasn't there was a colander to drain pasta. The pool was a great size for Lanzarote. We chose the location as holidaying with family who were in a nearby hotel. It wouldn't have been my first choice as not near a nice beach but it had lots of pluses. Approximately a 15 min walk from the marina which had a lovely vibe at night and nice restaurants. Not much further on from there to Playa Dorada and then into Play Blanca. Perfect if you enjoy a nice walk. Good size supermarket less than 5 min walk away , also an English supermarket if you have fussy kids and need familiar brands. The bus stop is really close, maybe 200m from the house, for the Playa Blanca circular route. No air con and it was quite hot but we managed with the ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Lovely ensuite to the main bedroom.

Couldn't fault the villa itself, I would have preferred to be nearer a sandy beach but it was perfect for meeting up with family.

we didn’t see the pool heating charge on the booking till we had a message of the property after we’ve booked but it was only €150 on arrival for the week and the pool was a lovely temperature well worth it tho

The property was spotless, Wi-Fi outstanding, the welcome pack was very appreciated and always someone on hand if we needed. Amazing place to stay!
