The location was very close to the port and hence convenient to take the port shuttle bus for the cruise.

There is no lift and hence bit inconvenient if you have too much luggage.

Very disappointed after reading the ratings on Booking.com we expected something totally different. Had we known the condition of the premises we would have looked elsewhere

Almost everything the only thing that was ok was the location

The property was close to the cruise port shuttle bus. We were able to walk there with little inconvenience (as little as lugging bags for a cruise can be). Mary's House is an older building, but is clean and looks like some care has been given to newly painted walls and tiles. There is also an outdoor patio that was enjoyable and the price was right. The host met us at the property and was friendly and helpful, though he didn't speak English. Thank goodness for translation apps!

It is rather small, with only the bedrooms and a kitchen (and a patio, weather permitting) to stretch out in. We only needed it for one night before we boarded our cruise ship and it suited our needs.
