Northern Lights Apartment for Independent Stay

Very nice, spacious and clean flat with everything you need. Very friendly, helpful and caring host. Jessica helped us when we needed dressings and medicine. Beautiful surroundings and a base for travelling towards Kiruna and Abisko. Breakfast was tasty and was served to us at a convenient hour. I heartily recommend this facility!

The room and apartment was perfectly fine.

The behaviour of the owner was very rude. We were supposed to checkout at 11 but unfortunately we delayed by 30 min as we travelled from India and my wife was not feeling well so took some extra time. But at 11.10 the owner came and shouted like anything blaming on various issues reason unknown to us. Though me and my wife tried to explain him but he said it’s his place and leave immediately and asked us to pay for additional 30 min. He shouted like anything, we were in a helpless situation and he was not in the position to listen. I felt like my whole trip went bad despite they helped in many ways like early check in, help in finding norther lights, allowing luggage to kept but the check out was horrible, even my wife was preparing rice, which she has to threw due to the non sense behaviour of the owner. Even he messaged me to pay for the extra time, lights on, cleaning, etc. I failed to understand that if we have taken the services and paid for the room than how can someone ask for lights, cleaning, etc despite I stayed with my wife and it was a routine stay like elsewhere. The owner should apologise to booking.com and to us also for spoiling our day. Beware of anyone staying, the owner can go mad anytime and u r in trouble.

Brice & Jessica are the best hosts one could ask for. We had the Abisko tour with them and they surprised us with snowshoes that made the experience amazing and unforgettable. And even though we had very bad luck with the weather and didn't get to see the Northern Lights, they did everything in their hands to help us. They also picked us from the airport and drove us back. The apartment is also great, you'll find everything you need, the bed is very comfortable and the WiFi works perfectly fine. Thanks again, Brice & Jessica. All the best for you and your family!

Absolutely nothing to complain about :)

The stay in the apartment was terrific. The hosts were very nice and attentive to the application chat. We could order breakfast and activities at the very last minute. In addition, they were honest about the activities and gave their opinion on how worthwhile it was to do the tour with them. They recommended not to do it as they could not ensure we would see the north lights that day and suggested doing it the day after as the chances were higher. Finally, we could make it and see the aurora. They took great professional pictures attached. We would repeat the experience. And even if you cannot book the accommodation with them, I would recommend passing by the shop and asking for the tours.

We did not notice there was no oven, and we could not cook the pizzas. However, the host offered to heat them for us.

Amazing apartment with amazing hosts. They run skidoo tours and northern lights tours as well and the host knows so much about them.
