Par rapport aux précédents commentaires, un bel effort a dû être fait. La maison était très propre, tous les équipements pour faire la cuisine étaient présents. La maison est spacieuse, les balcons des chambres très sympas pour le matin. La terrasse est un vrai plus.

Le paiement en cash, ce serait bien de prévenir avant.

A konyha nem volt kitakarítva rendesen. Morzsás volt a konyhapult. Porszívó nem volt, csak seprű, de lapát hozzá nem volt. 5 szemèlynek a konyha zsúfolt, alig lehetett elférni, kerülgettük egymást. A bútorok dohos szagúak voltak. A mosókonyha lepusztult, takarítani nem takarították, döglött gyíkok a lefolyónál, a mosás katasztrófa...ennyi pènzèrt az ember többet vár...wifi a nappaliban működött csak...

Central yet quiet above a cozy street with restaurants and bars

Wifi was a bit weak, no reception in the bedrooms. For my taste too many aroma/scent sticks were placed in the house(but this is personal preference) I placed them all outside the house and basically the problem is solved.

We loved the location, but it's the only advantage of this apartment.

It was the worst experience that we had on Madeira island. I couldn't open the wardrobe because of the smell of dust. It was disgusting. We always cook on holidays, but it was almost impossible here. Although there were some pans and pots, we couldn't cook with only salt in the kitchen. With this price, we expected at least a bottle of oil. Also, washing sponge and utilities were really old and dirty. We expected to have a private apartment, but we met 2 really "nice" neighbors - roaches at night. It helped us not to feel very lonely in this house. We tried to use the washing machine, but it almost made a flood in the yard. It seems the washing machine was leaking. There was no internet in the apartment. Even though we asked the host for help, the problem wasn't solved. My boyfriend had to have a meeting in the café. The strangest thing was that we had to pay in cash and haven't received a receipt.

Accommodation is in a cute town. Plenty of parking space. Kind owners, who helped me with parking. Very spacious home.

However, the place was not as clean as I had hoped. The owner did apologize for this. I did not give her a chance to fix it, but cleaned most of it up myself. Some amenities were missing for me: a sharp knife (which is now there because I bought it), there's only one good baking pan, and the shower head needs replacing. Overall the place just needs a bit of love.

Location was lovely with free car parking near by. It was a short easy walk to the sea front which had lots of super restaurants to choose from and a little supermarket. The house was clean and well equipped.
