The Annexe @The Oaks

This small 2 bedroom Annexe was just perfect for my husband, myself and my 96 year old father.. We were given a lovely welcome and shown to our accommodation which had so many extras, including milk, cereals, toiletries to name a few!

There was nothing at all to dislike!

We received a very warm welcome and the Annexe was warm and inviting. The attention to detail was superb and so many extras were provided to make our stay extra special. Milk, beer, wine, bottles of water, coffee, tea, biscuits, sweets, cereals, jams etc. were all there at no extra cost. Incredible! Thank you Matt.

We had a slight problem finding the property as the road numbering was a little odd! We were happy with the double bed but some visitors may be disappointed it wasn’t a king size.

So very welcoming and warm. A genuine little self-contained bolt hole great to come back to in the evening. Everything there you needed and more

The wifi would cut out when streaming iPlayer, Netflix, etc and would sometimes kick me out of the programme I was watching

Self contained /good parking/ secure very friendly and helpful hosts.

Not walking distance from Cheltenham

Clean and comfortable and Well equipped. had everything we would need. Snacks and drinks was a lovely touch. Even coffee pods for the machine. Plenty of tea options too 👌🏽

Everything! There was nothing I didn’t like! I had the most warm and friendly welcome from the hosts, the annexe had everything you could need and then some. Very thoughtfully designed with lots of little extra touches! Also the most comfortable bed other than at home, I had a lovely nights sleep in very comfortable surroundings. Thank you to the lovely hosts!

Literally nothing negative to say! The only very slight recommendation would be to have bath sheets as I like a larger towel but other than that just perfect!!!

Absolutely superb stay! First of all greeted by the two hosts Mat and Rob. So friendly and down to earth and make us feel instantly welcome! Was shown around the premises and was amazed at the superb finish within. It felt like a home away from home and was super cosy. In addition to this it was jam packed with goodies! Wine, beer, soft drinks, coffee and tea chocolate and sweets to name a few! We didn’t have to take or buy anything! Except the dominos we treated ourselves too☺️ It was an absolutely fantastic stay and phenomenal value for money. It really was one of the most comfortable, stylish and well equipped places we’ve stayed at. I would 10000% recommend and we will most certainly be staying again when in the area.

The property had everything you might need and more. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly - instantly put you at ease. The amount of snacks, drinks and toiletries that they provide was amazing. The beds were really comfortable and the property was in a wonderful, safe and quiet area.
