The Annexe was exceptionally clean and well stocked, including a fridge and cupboard of snacks, milk, wine and beer.

This is the most exceptionally well equipped and really lovely property we have stayed in managed by Matt and Rob who again were the most genuine, kind, friendly and thoughtful hosts we have ever met - so many thoughtful and personal touches - fridge stocked full of goodies - and everything such high quality - lovely coffee machine, nice bottle of wine provided , jams, butter, milk, crisps, biscuits etc When chatting to matt and rob my sister said she liked oat milk and they went and brought one out straight away! Alexa , phone chargers in the bedrooms all provided - Exceptionally clean - lovely elegant decor - We loved everything about it and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Matt and Rob went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed - they gave us amazing advice on where to go in Cheltenham and even kindly gave us a lift into Cheltenham as one of my sisters had got stuck in traffic and we were going to be late for our reservation - This is so above and beyond what we have experienced from other places - Thank you so much matt and rob for our stay. We loved your place, Ed loved meeting you both and we will be back ! Kate, Nikki and Alys x :)

The cottage is very well maintained and extremely clean. We were greeted warmly by our lovely host Matt and he gave us a tour of this beautiful property. The fridge was well stocked with wine, beer, colas, milk, chocolates, water and the kitchen cupboards were full of yummy cookies and cereal boxes which added to the charm of this pretty place. The hosts Rob and Matt have paid minute attention to every detail..the fittings are top notch, the cutlery and crockery is exquisite, and the toiletries are from Rituals! In short it has everything that’s needed to make the guests’ stay super comfortable and enjoyable!

It was amazing!!! The property was supper clean, cozy and beautiful. It had everything you would need, ranging from snacks and drinks to netflix. The owners were super welcoming, kind and helpful, they recommended some amazing places to visit within the area and nearby. Their dogs are also super cute and sweet. Amazing overall, would definitely visit again!!

The place was really nice and chic! Amazing hosts who also provided us local recommendations. It was very kind of them to store some liquor and food on the house. Everything was just perfect!!

Nothing you can't improve perfection

Want to thank this marvellous couple for our lovely stay. The hosts were very welcoming and kind hearted. They instantly made us feel at ease! The property was extremely clean, very comfortable and offers a good layout for less mobile guests. An assortment of teas and coffee pods, breakfast cereals, milk, beer, wine, chocolate were all provided. It was easy to find, is near the motorway so it’s excellent for an overnight stop but also great for longer stays if you want to see Cheltenham. Well done for offering such good value for money. We’ll definitely stay again if heading south. Thank you.

EVERYTHING - The Annexe @ The Oaks is the perfect location if you want to use as a base and take in the beautiful Cotswolds and surrounds. Rob & Matt have thought of every little detail as your home away from home, tastefully decorated with all you could want or need.
