Villa Lanzarote Sur

Great wee villa, perfect for the 5 of us. Manuel was in contact when we arrived to make sure everything was ok and then left us to it. It's about 30/40 min fantastic walk to the centre along the promenade or a 5 min taxis ride (less that 5 €).

Not a dislike really more of note for improvement. Maybe a note to say what busses run and where to catch them.

La ubicación de la villa es excelente,está en un lugar tranquilo, céntrico,con aparcamiento de sobra en la misma puerta.la villa es maravillosa,la piscina estaba genial....con terraza a la sombra,barbacoa,aire acondicionado....las habitaciones muy cómodas.Todo lo necesario para la estancia,sin duda repetiremos!!

The property met the needs perfectly for Mum, Dad and our two daughters and their boyfriends. It was certainly booked as being one of the less costly options and represented really good value for money. The pool and the patio area were great fun and just as a spot for chilling for a week , it was great. we had great fun barbecuing food from the local supermarket and the cooking facilities inside were reasonable.

Loved the villa, had everything we needed and the pool cover was brilliant for our infant granddaughter to keep the sun off of her. Manuel kept in touch, and any issues which could be resolved, were resolved quickly. Thanks Manuel !

Location - Only a small shopping centre close to the villa albeit the centre has a few bars which serve food ( not open every night, might be because it's early summer ?) and a supermarket so if you are looking for a quiet holiday, its ideal, but if you are looking for a bit more buzz with the Rubicon Marina a 25min walk away.

Amazing place! The house is super spacious, huge swimming pool and it’s super well located. Supermarket, bars, restaurants and shops just within 5min walk. The street around is very calm, and the place as a good sound isolation overall. The house offers pool and beach equipment (parasols, towels, water guns, floats), dishwasher, washing machine, hoover, pans, cutlery, glasses and all sizes of plates. There’s also a shelf with books and card games - on our last night we found a Monopoly board game too! Communication with the host was impeccable, super friendly and quick response. Would definitely be back!

In the ensuite room there’s a window that separates the bed from the bathroom - which was fine for us, but as there’s no proper curtain be aware you might not have much privacy when peeing if you sharing rooms 😂

Perfect location, there is a shopping centre with shops and restaurants in 1 minute away, also there is a bus stop to go the centre of Playa Blanca nearby. The villa was clean with a ll you need, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, oven. Also, the pool was clean, kids like it very much . It was our first time exploring the island and it exceeded our expectations.

The location is brilliant. There is shops, supermarket and restaurants just across the road, the bus stop is only a five minute walk away or you can walk along the fabulous coastline to nearby Rubicon Marina .

I don’t like when I go away and have to clean the property when I get there. The cleaner had been in as we arrived but I wasn’t impressed with how she left the villa that we needed to give it a good scrub ( over two hours of cleaning) . The beds are the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept in and not to mention the pillows with all the lumps in it. One of the beds was just about to fall apart. The garden only gets a small bit of sun in the morning and then that’s it. We had to put the throws off the beds onto the sofa to sit on as the sofa is in need of a good clean. The furniture in the sitting room is about to fall apart.

I was expecting the pool to be crystal clear, like in the photos, but the colour was more a light shade of green. However, to the staffs credit, when I advised there was issues with the pool, there was someone out to look at it within 2 hours. The colour did not change, but there were 3 visits during the week from the pool company.
