I enjoyed that the location was in the town center area of Harper's Ferry. The property also had free parking, Wifi, air conditioning, and lots of space for myself and three other guests.

We didn’t stay in winter but I would not have cared for the wood stove for heat.

The property was a quaint, cozy house with an old-time feeling, with some modern upgrades. The location was great, and there were several options for local food and shopping within walking distance.

The property owner does try to accommodate comfort with some window AC units. When we stayed there, the outside temperatures were in the mid-70s, so the AC units in the bedrooms helped to make it comfortable enough to sleep. There is only one AC unit downstairs, but it was good enough to keep that area at a tolerable temperature. We did have an issue arise during our stay, but the property owner was very responsive and quick to resolve the issue.

Very comfortable, well-appointed home. Clean without clutter. Very responsive host. Close to great dining, walking, biking, and historical sites.

All was good.

It is in a great location, close to Harper's Ferry and other local spots. There is plenty of space for 2 people. The kitchen is nice and large enough to cook in, with plenty of storage. There are kitchen wares to use, even if they are a bit used. The appliances are nice and there is a very good coffee maker. The bathroom is nice and large, with a washer and dryer, which is a bonus. And there are window air conditioners: one in the living room and one in the bedroom.

It's clean enough, but could be cleaner. It wasn't dirty, but I felt like it could have been cleaner. I don't have a better way to describe it without making it seem awful, which it absolutely was not. Maybe it could have been aired out a little? But, because of that it didn't feel quite as comfortable. Especially compared to other vacation homes we have booked in that area. Overall it was fine.

Very clean and comfortable house, tastefully renovated and decorated, at the top end of Washington Street with washer and dryer. comfortable beds , great hot shower. and a sitting porch.

It's a good one mile walk to the historic part of the Lower Town but on the way you pass a bakery with delicious cinnamon buns , a couple of eateries and restaurants. several beautifully renovated historic homes and a couple of historic churches, so the walk is worth it.
