It’s a great location and nearby Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Pistoia, And a great landscape drive to San Giminiano! the pool is marvelous, the house is spacious with a great garden. Marco is a super host! we had great contact and he was very helpfull! We can strongly recommand this house!

Some more kitchen tools would help for self cooking like a good kitchen knife, a toaster and mixer for fruit juices and ice cube makers:-)

Good location

The owner charged extra city tax, even though the full price from booking was including tax and charges. He calculated high city tax for adults and even for small Child which is not a standard in Italy. Speaking and explaining details only in italian. House was not clean, problem with WIFI connection, TV issues, heating working only sometimes. Constantly problem with opening gate, the remote was not working properly.
