I really like the location this was my second year same room.

Great view and location

The AC was not working properly of course during the hottest week to date, they had HVAC company come out and it was determined unrepairable and would have to be replaced. They could not get a unit over the weekend so our whole stay we had a hot room. They had checked if any other rooms were available to move us and they had no other rooms. The person we spoke with stated we would receive a credit due to the inconvenience and when we received this credit days after it was only $100.00. We expressed our thoughts that the amount seemed low being the AC was not working properly and it was hot and uncomfortable during our whole stay, we had also advised them the room was not throughly cleaned ( we weren't going to complain since we couldn't be moved anyway but since we felt they didn't really resolve issues we brought up just to inform them). With the AC not working properly there was several spots of mildew in the room. There was some dirt under the bed. The headboard was very dusty and appeared to have mildew. I feel like the room was priced highly being the pool and direct beach access was out of commission and apparently has been for awhile. Now that was listed and we did not see it when we booked so that is on us. I feel like if we had been credited a fair amount I would have just let it be, but since we were only given $100.00 and when we informed them of the other stuff ( just to let them know not to add to the refund amount ) they stated we didn't say that earlier and didn't respond to the fact we were disappointed by the amount they felt was reasonable for the AC not working. I will also add the lobby had great AC and looked very nice and then you get off the elevator and everything else looks rather shabby compared to the lobby area. I do have photos of the dirty/mildew spots and dirt on floor. I will definitely stay in the area again just not at the pirates cove.

No breakfast

No Common area to meet/talk with other guests. No pool, no direct beach access from building. 1 washer/dryer for whole building. Working on roof with debris falling on and in balcony.
