Francesco was on site when we arrived and give us all the information we needed for our stay. He was super nice and replied to all our questions quickly via Whatsapp. The apartment is super comfy (more than enough space for us two and our daughter), there is a large private outdoor terrace where we could eat. It is right next to the beach (a 3 minutes walk through a nice pine forest). The neigbourhood is very quiet. There is a small grocery story on the other side of the road. For sightseeing: Matera, Ginosa and Laterza are a mere 30 minutes drive away, so the apartement is also a good base to explore the surrounding Gravines. Highly recommended A+++++

Everything was ok. We are very grateful to our host, who helped us when there were problems with water in the region. Ths location ia great - you live very close to the beautiful sand beach. But id you are planning going to the beach on weekend, make sure you go early in the morning or book umbrella and sunbeds in advance. Because after 10 a. m. there were no free umbrellas on Saturday.

The shower cabin is quite tiny. It was ok for us, but just keep it in mind. Sound proofing is not the best. You will wake up in the morning with neighbor kids 😁

I loved the house and the vicinity to the beach and the fact that it had everything we needed

Unfortunately the house was far from the city center and did not have parking. We drove over 45 minutes on the first day going round and round till we found a parking lot and paid to park
