"Nice property, pool too cold although paid for it to be heated, and no dishwasher for 6 of the 7 days."

Nice quiet area, lovely manger who tried to address issues we had.

The pool wasn’t warm enough for most of the week, after the air source heat pump was cleaned from blocked air filters it was much better, unfortunately this didn’t happen until the day before we went home. The dishwasher was also out of action for 6 of the 7 days. Installers turned up earlier than manager arrived. woke us up to install a new dishwasher. Removed old dishwasher, dirty water flooded kitchen and hallway, installed new dishwasher and left with villa covered in dirty water. I cleaned it up then manager insisted on washing the floor with bleach which was very kind of her. Although we complained about the temperature of the pool at the beginning of the week nothing was was done about it till the day before we left. We had to pay an extra €150 for the pool to be heated, no discount for inadequately heated pool or lack of dishwasher for 6 of the 7 days. Overall, the apartment was comfortable but some aspects are very tired, in need of modernising especially the kitchen. Also, the descriptions on booking come was inaccurate regarding a chill out area which didn’t exist or a hammock area! Apart from that an enjoyable time we had.

"A lovely villa in a great location."

The villa was well equipped and comfortable. It is quiet and in a gated development which means no through traffic. We paid extra to have the pool heated and it was well worth it - we swam every day and for a couple in our sixties who feel the cold that was quite something! The beds were very comfortable. We had a car but one could easily manage without - excellent supermarket and restaurants ten minutes walk away and the number 30 circular bus which goes all the way around town and out to Marina Rubicon stops right outside - 1€40 per journey. The management team were very responsive and gave lots of information. We highly recommend this villa.
