Vaikne asukoht, maja on suurem kui tavaliselt selliselt bangalotüüpi majadelt oodata ehk siis ongi maja , mitte banagalo, juba see luksus, et tualett on majas ja ei pea õue peale uitamma minema öösel näiteks, pesemine ka majas, terass hea suur katusega, suvel hea hommikukohvi seal nautida isegi kui tibutab vihma.
