The Georgian Coach House:New Forest with hot tub

Loved everything about the property which was spacious, beautiful decorated throughout with some lovely historical finishes. Quiet location. Lovely hostess who was very attentive. Fabulous views from the hot tub. Feel so relaxed, comfortable and at home.

Only criticism is that we would of liked a toaster.

Location excellent, lovely and quiet, the coach house has been beautifully renovated by the owners, there is a fully equipped kitchen, and lots of lovely personal touches - Emma the property owner even made us a fresh loaf of bread to welcome us. It really is a special place and I wish we'd had more time to enjoy it.

Nothing. Everything was excellent. One of those houses where you walk in and instantly think 'I could live here'. The only negative was that we didn't stay long enough! There's a lovely hot tub which we didn't have time to use.

Everything! It was just superb! Absolutely loved our stay thank you Emma for making our stay so enjoyable.

No hanging space for shirts and trousers was not ideal putting clothes on the bed daytime and over the back of the sofa at night.

Being greeted with a still warm, homemade loaf of bread started off the stay wonderfully. The place was wonderful, the hot tub over looks the Cranbourne Estate and is beautifully clear skies at night so perfect for a little star gazing! Beautifully decorated inside the Coach House, it was a perfect little home from home. As we were celebrating my boyfriends birthday, I had asked for some decorations and we arrived to discover a balloon arch! Lovely and really friendly hosts, including the dog and cat, the cat often joined us in the evening by the hot tub which as animal lovers we loved! I could talk for hours about how wonderful our stay was here!

It was absolutely beautiful. The Georgian Coach House was so big with a fabulous kitchen, bedroom, bathroom & lounge. Watching the sunset in the hot tub was amazing.

Nothing - it was everything we dreamt of & more!

Everything about the property was lovely. A real treat and the host Emma had thought of everything. The weather wasn’t great but the Coach House had everything to make it a perfect and comfortable hideaway. All furnishings and facilities are finished to a high standard. A real bonus having the log burner and hot tub. The property is located really well for exploring the area.

Absolutely nothing

Lovely space, great quality bed sheets, quiet area, great quality sleep. The hot tub was set up and ready for us to use when we arrived and stayed that way for the duration of the stay. We were also greeted by a lovely freshly baked loaf of bread. The wood burner was a great treat too

Emma was the perfect host and did everything she could to make our stay special.
