Cosy 2 bedroom home in the heart of Jardim do Mar

Nice cozy house in the meddle of Jardim. We had everything what we needed. It was clean, everything works and communication was smooth.

There is a little noise from Joes Bar in the evening, but not every day and on the other hand, you have beer and poncha very close. :)

Very good house in charming area.

Le logement est dans le joli village de Jardim do Mar. Luis est une personne sympathique et nous avons eu de bonnes informations pour l'arrivée.

Nous savions qu'il était près d'un restaurant qui fait bar aussi et pensions qu'à minuit environ les bruits s'arrêtaient. Or les clients restent et durant la semaine nous n'avons pas réussi à dormir avant au plus tôt à 1h et au plus tard à 4h à cause de certains clients qui continuaient à faire la fête sans se préoccuper des habitants aux alentours. Après des journées de randonnées et visites, ce fut épuisant. On aurait toléré 1 ou 2 nuits de nuisance mais ce fut les 5 nuits d'ouverture du restaurant. L'appartement est sombre. J'aurai suggéré à Luis de changer de place son réfrigérateur car il est placé face à une ouverture. Pas de véritable fenêtre dans le salon.

The apartment is in the middle of Jardim do Mar, ideal location really. Well equipped, and I liked that there was enough hot water for everyone (5 people) at any given time. Very clean and comfortable. We loved the cosy hammock on the terrace!

Noises (suitcases) from the street early morning but it's not an issue if you close the windows.

Cosy upper floor with bedrooms. Location.

A bit dark lower floor with kitchen. Lights were too bright when turned on making place not very cosy.
