When we arrived the people before you hadn't emptied the kitchen bin.

great property, we have used many times and will again.

The property is stunning, everything I expected, and so much more We were met shortly after arrival by Isobel who was very friendly, ensured we knew how to reach her if necessary. Very quiet location. Very dark, which would have been amazing if the sky had been clear, and the stars out.

There was nothing I didn't like

The cottage was beautiful as was the surrounding countryside. Plenty to do nearby. The accommodation was lovely and warm despite being chilly outside (February ). The cottage had everything we needed and more. Lots of lovely touches. The photos do not do the cottage justice. Thank you and we will be back.

Nothing

The Honey House is beautiful and larger than we expected from the pictures. The location is very quiet and perfect for watching the dark skys. We came with an 8 and 10 yr old and found the house well stocked with books and games that they were reluctant to put down to go outside! Arrival was simple, no fuss and the house was clean and warm. Enjoy your visit!

Remote location, quietness, great property for up to 5 adults and good for a family, good laundry facility, great entrance for boots and bikes, friendly and responsive hostess, spacious rooms, good kitchen provision, comfortable living area, separate dining area, comfortable beds.

The property was generally clean but I had to clean around the rear external of the shower room loo pan and the floor below it. A scheduled gas service call in the morning of the last day meant the boiler had been switched off and there wasn't hot water for showers and washing up. There may have been a mix up between Booking.com and the hostess about what time we were expected to leave.

Very cosy and well equipped house.

Not hosts fault but roads to the property were badly maintained.
