Beachside - North Berwick

Great location off the high street. Very comfortable, lovely hosts. Pretty courtyard.

Very handy position for beach and town

The location for us was perfect. Didn't have breakfast

For me some of the crockery was too high to reach

floors dirty, carpets dirty ? dog hair. Bedding covers too strong with detergent smell. Bedding lumpy bed very hard

The location is excellent; a short walk from the railway station, buses stop across the road from the property (including the express bus into Edinburgh), the seafront is 50 metres away and all of North Berwick's shops, restaurants and other facilities are within easy walking distance. North Berwick is a wonderful little town with a beautiful aspect, public transport is efficient and easy, and the people are very friendly.

The bedroom is quite narrow, making it a sideways shuffle to get around the bed; okay in the daytime but a bit tricky at night. The bed linen and the pillows could do with upgrading - it was all clean but not of a great quality and we expect better for this price. For two nights the television didn't work because there was no internet connection.

Excellent stay. Property was spotless and location was superb!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beachside. It has everything you need for a holiday. It's a very quiet location but only a stones throw from the beach and town centre. The courtyard garden is shared between three properties but the other two are upper floor flats and we didn't see any of the other householder's, so quite private.
