Skopelitian Relaxing House

Our host, Diamadis, was exceptionally kind, generous and attentive, always thoughtful about the little details. We really appreciated the spotless house upon arrival and the modern, fully functional amenities. Diamadis went out of his way to make us feel comfortable—even changing the towels mid-stay during our 6-night trip, which was very considerate. The beds were comfortable, including the convertible sofa bed. The apartment’s location is exactly as described, just a few minutes’ walk from the port with many restaurants, making it very convenient for evening or daytime strolls. We truly enjoyed our stay, thank you so much !

For guests with a car, one small drawback is that there is no parking immediately nearby, so a long walk may be needed to find a spot. There was also a mild musty smell on the lower floor. We managed to improve it by opening the windows, but it might be worth addressing in future renovations, especially for guests with allergies. As a small recommendation, installing mosquito screens on the windows would make the apartment even better than it already is. Overall, these minor issues did not significantly affect our enjoyable stay.

-zentral gelegene Unterkunft und trotzdem ruhig. Alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. -schöne und grosse Wohnung, toll eingerichtet. Es hat alles, was man braucht. -hübscher Balkon und Terrasse zum Verweilen -sehr netter Vermieter, schnelle und unkomplizierte Kontaktaufnahme -alle drei Tage wurde die Unterkunft gereinigt und die Handtücher ausgewechselt

-W-Lan war teilweise schlecht (daher einen Punkt Abzug, snsonsten ist es eine 10/10!)

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε πάρα πολύ καλό σημείο στο κέντρο της Σκοπέλου. Ηταν πεντακάθαρο και είχε όλες τις ανέσεις και τις παροχές που θα μπορούσε να χρειαστεί κάποιος για τις διακοπές του. Μας άρεσε πολύ και η αισθητική του. Όσο για τον ιδιοκτήτη πρόκειται για έναν πολύ φιλόξενο κύριο και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε περίπτωση που χρειαστείτε κάτι. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Lovely apartment. Very thoughtfully furnished. Do contact host on phone to lead you to location as very difficult to locate... Wonderful mattress. Smart tv too. Useful for non -Greek speakers Host kindly met us promptly to show us property and location.

Very high standard of furnishing. Everything you needed and more! Lots of space to relax, both inside the property and on the balcony and outside seating area. Very frequent cleaning. This is the best Airbnb we have stayed in.

Nothing - everything was fantastic

We loved the location up a side street. The apartment was exactly as we wished it to be - comfortable, spacious, lovely linen and towels, basic essentials pack provided. Dimiadis was very helpful to us too. We also loved meeting the neighbours- a group of Greek women.

Great location and comfortable house, very clean, recently renovated with great taste. Fully equipped and spacious. The outdoor area was very nice to relax in the evening. Will definitely come back.
