200 Riberia - Downtown Waterfront Luxury Home

Location was great. View out to marsh was beautiful. $ value was great.

There was some trash (wine bottles, plastic, cans) in the marsh area just off the porch, looked like it had been there a while. Would be nice if that was cleaned up and maintained.

Beautiful home, decorated beautifully, close to downtown, beautiful scenery.

Dryer wouldn’t turn on, only one towel per guest(4 towels for stay) - asked hosts for extra towels and were told they didn’t have any. Had to hang our towels out on the back deck to dry. Breakers tripped in one of the bedrooms and bathrooms while we were out at the beach - came home to no power in those rooms, luckily we could see the panel box and it was an easy fix.

Enjoyed the location and accommodations.

The property was the perfect size for our group and the location was perfect for our trip. Everything in the property was very well maintained and very clean but also felt very home-like. The hosts were very responsive and made sure we had every bit of information we needed to include some very helpful recommendations for what to check out in the town.

My Fiancé and I took our first trip together to St. Augustine back in 2019. Because we got engaged this year, we decided to redo our trip. 200 Riberia completely elevated our experience. The location is a purpose-built vacation home and offers much more privacy than a hotel room, while still being within walking distance of all the major attractions. I couldn’t recommend this location highly enough. Moreover, as an in-the-market home buyer, it personally appealed to me that the owners purpose-built these properties as vacation rentals, instead of taking a single-family home off the market and converting into a personal cash cow.
