"We had a fabulous week in Porto. Accommodation was great and our host was superb."

We were met by Rui who spoke great English. He was very welcoming showed us around the property told us where the nearest supermarket was and made us a reservation at a local restaurant in the village. Rui was available on WhatsApp for any questions we had during our stay and we never had to wait long for a reply. The house was conveniently located for the train station. A short 5 minute walk but far enough away not to hear any trains from the house.The house was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely rent the property again if/when we return to Porto.

"Nice house with couple of negative things"

the shower is missing the shower holder, and you need to hold the shower head while you are taking the shower-not very convenient thing. also, there are no hooks to hang towels/clothes in the bathrooms. this little detail makes the review rating go down. I did see the same comments before, but the owner did not make any actions. There are lot of molds in the bathrooms, I guess it is common in that area of Portugal, but if you have an asthma condition or you are allergic to mold-be careful!

Absolutely beautiful house. Kitchen was well stocked and fully equipped. The outdoor kitchen was great and the animals living on the property were super cute. The host was very helpful.

One of the bedrooms doesn’t have an AC. Not a complaint but just a suggestion, adding some hooks to hang towels/clothes in the bathrooms would be useful.
