Der Umgang mit unserer berechtigten Reklamation (siehe unten) gleich bei der Ankunft trotz Feiertag war spitze. Service in höchster Vollendung! Außerdem war die Ausstattung war sehr hochwertig.

Als wir ankamen, waren Urintröpfchen auf der Klobrille, bei einem Bett Flecken auf dem Bettlaken, bei dem anderen Bett Haare unter der Decke, ein Kellerfenster kaputt, so dass es in diesem Schlafzimmer im Keller extrem kalt war, Spinne in der Zimmerecke. Alles wurde umgehend behoben (siehe oben). Fazit: Es kann immer mal was schief gehen, aber der Umgang macht's.

Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab genügend Stauraum im Badezimmer. Die Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder waren vorhanden. Die Schaukel und Kletterstange, mussten jedoch erst ordentlich vom Vogelkot befreit werden.

Das späte Einchecken am Anreisetag sorgte, ebenso wie die ungepflegte Außenanlage,für wenig Urlaubsfeeling und Wohlfühlcharakter. Hinzu kam die große Baustelle direkt vor der Haustür. Hier gab es zwar ein entgegenkommendes Angebot, sorgte aber nicht für die ersehnte Erholung. Viele Dinge sind einfach in die Jahre gekommen und müssten auf gehübscht werden! Auch die Gartenpflege könnte verbessert werden.
