AUCosy one bed house in a very quiet Thai neighbourhood. It’s basic but perfect for 2 children and I. The owner arranged a spare bed for us. As I cook a lot I requested few bits like sharp knives, bowls, more cutlery and a new hob, everything was met within days. Even got a new mattress as the old one squeaked. The communication was excellent.
Could have another small table in the kitchen so a bit more space when cooking.
USGreat location and comfortable stay. Peaceful area. Not too far from Bang Tao beach. Great for 1-2 person. Host is very nice and responded quickly to any concerns/questions.
GBThis half of the property (another is next door) has a small private grass area good for sunbathing. The area is quiet and close to everything by bike or car. The property is simple but sufficient, clean, airy and spaceous. The price was exceptional compared to everything else. Communications with the owner are OK and sufficient; arrival instructions were very straight forward. Best aircon I have had in Thailand. Great wifi. Parking within the property is possible with a small car and a bit of careful reversing, otherwise, onstreet there's plenty and it's not at all busy.
NLThe house is in a nice area, lots of locals around. Felt safe. Kitchen is fully equipped.
On arrival some lights didn't work in the bedroom. They send an electrician the same day to fix it:) On the last days the bedframe needed replacement, which should be done by now (they said they would).
