The location was fantastic and staff that I was communicating on the WhatsApp How they leave you coffee and biscuits , salt and pepper small oil for you Bath rooms has had soap I thought that was thoughtful

-I’m going to start from the entrance of the property was not swept don’t know when - Downstairs toilet full of spiderwebs - Kitchen was not clean oven was dirty not usable - The kitchen floor needs to be replaced The fry pans need to be changed because people have scratched them and they’re still using the old fry pans - back of the kitchen sink new silicone one there is gone black - leaving room needs painting the whole house hallway and bathrooms - Garden not in used full of dirty somebody left a plate tables and chairs very dirty - Bedroom needs painting and hangers not even one hanger in the bedrooms, underneath the beds very dirty with people underwear’s Both myself and my in laws dropped earrings which we need to look for , what we found under the bed was disturbing took pictures if you want proof - Upstairs bathroom needs looked and floor mats Behind the bath needs new silicone - did not have a hot water the next day, checked the cupboard and noticed the water is on time since I have the same heater in London I was able to put it back on for the evening , we all have to boil hot water and used bucket to wash since we were going to our convection 8 o’clock in the morning Spider webs everywhere my children’s room everywhere you turn full of spiderwebs I don’t think the clean are doing a good job they need to investigate who is getting paid to clean the place Been a nurse heath is very important to me, one of the shelf in the bedroom closer to bathroom was coming off very dangerous

Good location. Off-road parking.

Bathroom v tired - shower wasn’t held up properly and fell off when taps turned full on. Sink taps span around and loose which made them difficult to use. Water in bathroom was scalding hot. Decor very tired - flooring lifted in a lot of places and shelving hanging off walls. Oven trays were left dirty so couldn’t be used.

Spacious, clean, comfortable. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided. Easy to check in and out. Private parking. Fans in the bedroom were great during the heatwave.

No mirrors in any of the bedrooms. No tv channels and Netflix didn’t work

It was comfy and cosy

I was too tall for the shower but it was just me and one other person haha
