Location. Mostly the house was so clean and owner was great. More than enough kitchen items was great seeing we cooked and ate in many times. Kids enjoyed the trails and that the rescue seals were out in there pool and could see them anytime just across the street.

Would have been better if not a holiday weekend it was very crowded
