The house is gorgeous and well stocked for everything you would need--the kitchen, the bedrooms (beds are super comfy), the living areas, and including the laundry washing machine and dryer. The Terrace on the top level looking out at the marina in the water is absolutely spectacular. There is convenient parking (paid during the day but free at night) nearby. And, lastly, the house is conveniently located with easy access to so much of what you will want to access. The area is quiet at night. Absolute perfection for a vacation rental!

Super zentrale Lage. In Ponta Delgada alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr schöne, kleine Dachterrasse mit tollem Blick auf Hafeneinfahrt. Gut ausgestattet.

Zeer mooi terras en echt goede bedden.

Wat schimmel in de badkamer, wat vocht in de muur beneden, tegel die loskwam,… voorts wel een echt mooi ingericht huis

Very comfortable beds, and amazing location!

The bedding and towels remained rather damp due to humidity, but that’s not a fault of the owners 😊
