Facilities and good location

Only one thing. We found cockroaches . But it seems they are all over Azores.

Location and space

This is an excellently well equipped house, very spaceous and clean. For a small group of people, like ours, with a car it is just perfect. The house has a small open-air terrace for eating outdoors and for drying the clothes. It is in walking distance from public beaches.The owner is very kind and flexible. The neighbourhood is calm, safe, and quiet. Fans are provided to help the ventilation of the rooms. There is a big room in the ground floor for social activities.Very nice. The bedrooms on the first floow are accessible by stairs, but there is a berdoom on the ground floor, too, for those who have difficulty with climbing the stairs. There are two tiolets/wash basins which helps a lot in the rush hours. We were very satisfied and we recommend the place.

We were absolutely satisfied, but perhaps a few thing are worth noting as not all people have the same expectations. Note that both bathrooms are on the ground floor. The fans are really useful. It is good that the climate on the island is fairly mild. We liked the beds but someone who is used to very soft mattrasses might not find them as comfortable as we did. Note that the clothes dry very slowly due to the high humidity of the air. The owner has nothing to do with this, of course. It is advisable not to leave food out in the house for the night and leave the doors open in order to avoid inviting cockrouches in the house which are very common everywhere in the island. We did so and we had no problems. :-) We confirm that the place is very much enjoyable. :-)

Great location, walking distance to populo beach. Very spacious, easy street parking, little courtyard for kids to play

The street can be a bit noisy with cars but nothing you can’t expect from a city experience

The zone is quiet. The house has lot of space, is well equiped In general its confortable.

Excellent house to stay with friends or family. Big spaces, terrace, and everything you need to spend a good time in Ponta Delgada.

house is a little bit cold, but was ok after a coupke of days luving there. it is better to have a dishwashing machine as normally big companies rent such big houses
