Traditional stone house with breathtaking view

It was a lovely traditional stone house right in the middle of the winding paths and steps of the Chora. There were beautiful views from the balconies and terraces. The house was very well equipped and there were two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a good shower . The location was very good as close to the bus stop for the port and Kato Chora . And can also walk to the Pano Chora ( always uphill and steps 😂 ). Also quite easy to walk to the port, down the steps, from our location The owners were lovely and very helpful, and although we didn’t see them, they kept in constant touch 👍 We had a lovely visitor each morning who needed a cool drink 🐈💕

We felt there was no air con downstairs in the living area, therefore it could be very hot in the heat of summer. Also thought that there were two bathrooms both with a proper shower. We felt this would be good! There was also no map of the island in the house nor any information regarding getting around or that there were two Choras ! The cleaning lady who met us,spoke no English at all ( she was lovely) and we did find our way about! But as it was so hot, we found it hard to explore in the beginning to find our way around.

The views were incredible & lovely to watch the harbour. The house had so many personal touches and you could feel the love that had gone into it.

It was extreme hot weather, so felt hot at night.

Great location with easy access to parking and Chora. The view was amazing and both Naya and Dimitris were very friendly and accommodating. Would defiantly come back!

Charming house with stunning views and lots of character. In an area of the village with no tourists, a short walk from the main road through little alleyways.

We had a wonderful stay and the views really are amazing. We were kindly allowed to check in early and also offered to leave our bags on day of check out. Naya was excellent with communication and arranged everything smoothly for our arrival and checked we were all okay during our stay. The washing machine was a bonus and it was all very comfortable. We enjoyed the walking and walked into Livadi and a couple of beaches. Got this bus back up the hill! I would definitely recommend the stone house.

We booked this house because of the 4 decks on different levels and it did not disappoint. We spent a lot of time on them especially the top ones for sunrise and sunset and the bottom one to work as it had the most shade. The house was comfortable and well stocked. Appreciated the washing machine as we were there for 6 days. The wifi was decent. The Chora was quiet at the end of October (only one cafe with basic food open and a small market) but the peace and quiet was wonderful. Rented a car to explore for a few days and parking was nearby - but you will have to carry your bags through the Chora for a few minutes. We didn’t have a car our last couple days and it’s not necessary if you don’t mind walking - only took us 35 minutes to walk down to the ferry. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

The most extraordinary view in a very comfortable house. Great value and the hosts are delightful! Best place to stay in Serifos Chora.
