El agua caliente

La puerta del salón no se puede cerrar, no puedes conservar el calor del aire acondicionado, muchas escaleras, inseguras, el aparcamiento lejano. La estufa eléctrica del dormitorio principal sólo da luz, no produce aire caliente, mucha humedad y ruido del exterior, humedad en el baño. En general caro para el servicio prestado. No se duerme bien.

Apartamento dispuesto a lo largo de una escalera y dividido, si contamos la planta baja, en cuatro plantas en donde las habitaciones, el salón, la cocina, el lavabo o la terraza se encuentran en diferentes niveles, con la incomodidad de tener que utilizar la escalera constantemente (una escalera no muy segura que hace que el apartamento sea desaconsejable para personas con problemas de movilidad o mayores)
