Exceptionally clean and comfortable property in a great location to visit Bangor and neighboring areas. Every last detail has been added to make this feel like you are in a home environment. It was lovely and warm with the super heating system during our stay. Heather very kindly left milk, jam and lovely Easter treats for us as we arrived on Easter Saturday. There was lots of tea, coffee pods for the coffee machine and dishwasher tablets/ washing gel etc available as well as tinfoil, plastic bags etc if needed for a self catering stay. Bedrooms are beautiful with quality bedding and wardrobes, ensuring a good nights sleep in a quiet area. Hairdryers were available in both large bedrooms. Private parking space is a great bonus. There is a lovely little garden with some garden furniture which would be lovely in fine weather.

The only slight issue was we couldn’t connect to our Netflix account on the tv when we wanted to watch a film as a family but it was so minor , we didn’t bother to ask if this was something we were doing wrong. It really is a great property so that was nothing more a minor thing. Heather is super to communicate with and kindly provided information on recommended places to eat. All communication with her was very prompt so any issues would be addressed promptly I have no doubt.
